Comfortable Accommodations
Each dog is provided with a clean, spacious, and secure kennel to help keep them safe and comfortable during their stay. We maintain a quiet, low-stress environment designed to help your dog settle in and feel at ease.
Daily Exercise & Playtime
Dogs receive regular exercise through walks, play sessions, and enrichment activities tailored to their energy level and needs.
On hot days, that may include water play with a doggie pool or sprinkler. Longer-stay pups may even get some family movie-night snuggles.
Feeding & Special Diets
We ask that you provide your dog’s food and any special treats for their stay. Please disclose dietary restrictions and allergies before drop-off so we can follow their normal feeding needs.
Training & Enrichment Add-Ons
Training and behavior reinforcement may be added to your dog’s stay upon request. This can include reinforcing basic obedience or continuing work on specific training goals.

Monitoring & Health Checks
We monitor your dog’s health and well-being throughout their stay and perform regular checks to make sure they remain comfortable and doing well.

How much does boarding cost?
Standard Boarding is $70 per day, including both your dog’s drop-off and pick-up days.
Holiday Boarding is $75 per day, Behavioral Boarding is $80 per day, and Refresher Training Boarding is $150 per day.
Boarding balances are due on the first day of your dog’s stay.
Is there a minimum boarding stay?
Yes. Boarding reservations have a minimum stay of 3 calendar days and 2 nights.
Stays shorter than the minimum are still charged at the equivalent of the 3-day / 2-night minimum.
Can dogs with behavioral issues stay with you?
Yes. We offer Behavioral Boarding for dogs who require additional supervision, handling, or management because of concerns such as aggression, significant anxiety, or other behavioral needs.
Behavioral Boarding is $80 per day because these dogs require additional resources and a higher level of management throughout their stay.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Please provide enough of your dog’s regular food for their stay, along with any special treats you would like us to use.
Let us know about any dietary restrictions, allergies, special feeding instructions, medications, or other care needs before drop-off.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. Dogs must arrive healthy and be current on all required vaccinations before their stay.
As with any environment where dogs may be present, vaccination reduces risk but cannot completely eliminate the possibility of exposure to contagious illness.
Will my dog get exercise and playtime?
Yes. Dogs receive regular exercise, walks, playtime, and enrichment based on their energy level and individual needs.
Depending on the weather and the dog, activities may include outdoor play, water play, enrichment, or quieter one-on-one time.
Will my dog socialize with other dogs?
Dogs who are comfortable and appropriately social may have opportunities for controlled interaction with other dogs in a safe, supervised environment.
Socialization is based on the individual dog and is not required or appropriate for every boarding guest.
Will I receive updates while I’m away?
Yes. We know leaving your dog can be stressful, so we provide updates to help you know how your dog is doing during their stay. Updates may include texts, photos, or videos.
Can my dog receive training while boarding?
Yes. Training and behavior reinforcement may be added to your dog’s boarding stay upon request.
Ask us about available training or Refresher Training Boarding options when arranging your dog’s stay.
What happens if my dog needs medical care?
If your dog needs veterinary attention while in our care, Cosmo K9 is authorized to obtain appropriate veterinary examination, treatment, medication, transportation, or emergency medical care.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before non-emergency treatment. If immediate care is necessary to protect your dog’s health or safety and you cannot be reached, treatment will not be delayed.
