  • After my service in the Marine Corps, I recognized the need for a service dog—one that could provide support during challenging times and motivate me each day. I found that loyal companion in Korra, a German Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur. Over the course of two years, Korra and I trained together, forging an unbreakable bond. It was through this training that I discovered my passion for dog training.

    After completing formal canine behavioral training and gaining experience as a trainer for other companies, I decided to start my own business. Establishing Cosmo K9 Obedience has allowed me to create personalized training programs that address the unique needs of each client, as well as the specific abilities and history of their dogs.

    Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training dogs of all breeds and ages, addressing a variety of behavioral needs and client expectations. I take great pride in my ability to connect with each dog I work with, treating them as if they were my own. I believe every dog deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, and I am honored to provide the support and tools necessary to help them achieve their full potential.

  • I’ve always been a dog lover and fascinated by working with them. Growing up, I was constantly teaching our pet dogs a trick or two. As an adult, I got my first dog, he came with some behavioral issues. Working through those challenges with him gave me the confidence and clarity that this is what I’m meant to do.

    We’d always get compliments and people would ask me to train their dogs. Whether it’s puppy training or off-leash obedience, there’s a natural vibe I give off that dogs respond to, it’s a gift. I truly love what I do. I cherish every dog that comes in; they’re not just dogs in training; they become family to me. That bond we build and the progress we make together, it means everything.

  • Dogs have always been my greatest passion — ask anyone who knows me. With guidance from Cosmo K9 and inspiration from my late heart dog, Obie, I’ve found my calling in dog training. He taught me the power of unconditional love and the importance of showing up fully for the ones who depend on us.

    Now, with my pup Ketchup by my side, I’m helping dogs and their humans build lasting bonds through trust, communication, and consistency.
